what should be my percentile to get nit cse branch and also the rank

see nits is the most prominent institute in india and computer science is the most demanding branch right now, so according to previous years cutoff you need to score more than 95 percentile to get cse branch in nits, however cutoff score changes year to year, depends on various factors like question difficulty level, number of candidates for the exam, candidates category, seat matrix etc, you should know that every nits has 85% seat reserve for domicile candidates. you may follow the below link to know about category wise nits opening and closing rank,

Hello aspirants,

For getting cse , at first you must clear jee advance if you want top colleges . The percentile in this case would be something around 98.9 and score something around 290 +all  india rank around  500

If you belong to reserved category , something 250 + for obc , rank 1000  and 200+ for sc , rank 2000 and 190 + ,st  rank 2500 you cse in top IITs.

But if the college ranking doesn't matter in that case in general category you min need to get 200 + , rank 2000 to 1500 in advance to get cse. 150 + , rank 2500 to 3500 for obc in advanced and in case of sc and st qualifying mains with something around 200 or 150, rank 4000 to 5500 would be enough.
