As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above the qualifications are that you have to do 4 years after 10+2 Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology/ OR 3 years after B.Sc./ Diploma in Engineering/ Technology and those who are in the final year of these programmes.
People attempt gate to do mtech or get psu jobs directly after doing engineering basically.
