After doing graduation, one can go for masters or postgraduation in the same or related fields. Once you have done your postgraduation, you can apply for CSIR-JRF-NET or GATE and after clearing these exams you are eligible for PhD, and then you can fill for the post of PhD in different universities. After PhD either you can go for lecturership or research (PostDoc).
After Phd or Postdoc, one can try for lecturership in universities in India. Postdoc will get benefit over Phd in lecturership. The assistant professor in amity university, noida is 65–70k per month and in other central universities is around 70–80k per month or more.
After your postgraduation you can go for teaching in school. For that you need to have b.ed degree.
After b.ed a postgraduate can give CTET for working in government schools. And futher clear government school's entrance exams. A PGT in government schools get 60–70k per month. While in private schools the salary varies from school to school but average is 50–70k per month.
After graduation or postgraduation you can try for government jobs such as UPSC, Bank jobs, etc. Or can work in pharma comcompanies.
Salary in government jobs varies wrt the position. That varies from 30k per month (approx) for clerk, 50k per month (appx) for assistants.
