what should i do and deal with my future with an obc rank of 29441 please help me out

You have chances to get NIT Manipur based on your rank you can also try in private colleges. You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
