What should i do even i am a dropper if i didn't clear cut off also in jee main

I would suggest that you should analyse which career you want to pursue exactly.  If you are extremely passionate about engineering and are confident that you will clear it in the next attempt, then I think you should give it a try.

However, if you are not very passionate about it, then in that case, I would suggest do some self-assessment and explore other career options. May be there is need to do some introspection.

Having said that, if you still want to pursue engineering and crack the JEE exam, then in that case analyse your preparation strategy, take proper guidance and give your best shot. I am sure you will be able to crack it with a little bit of disciplined approach.

Remember one thing... the word impossible also says , I M Possible.

Take admission in any other college there are lot of opportunities

I advice u to the admission in any high ranges private Clg because year also matter
