First of all Congratulations for your result.
So coming to your question Tavnoor you won't be able to get any government or private Medical Colleges for Neet score.But you can go for private Medical Colleges using MANAGEMENT QUOTA.
Or you can prepare for neet again for one year and do best and get good government college.
