Hello,
You can't pursue M.Tech after class 12th, it is necessary for you to have a bachelor's degree in engineering.
After that you can pursue M.Tech.
The basic eligibility for B.Tech is that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects.
If you want to pursue M.Tech from reputed government colleges then it is highly recommended to prepare for GATE examination.
That would enable you to get admission in M.Tech course In any reputed government college.
