Since you have clearly mentioned that your first priority is placements, so you should try avoiding the Bhopal and Andhra Pradesh campuses as these are still growing and will take considerable time to match the level of Chennai and Vellore campus. So you should choose the following preference order also considering the fact that there are joint placements for Vellore and Chennai campus:

1. ECE at Vellore
2. ECM at Chennai
3. CSE with specialisation at Amravati
4. CSE with specialisation at Bhopal

Note- Since it is the fourth phase of counseling, it would be difficult for you to get any seats in CSE with specialisation even at Bhopal Campus
