Dear Gayatry, There are many fields which you can opt for your master’s degree after B.Sc in botany, some of which include Biochemistry, Microbiology, Human Genetics, Ecology and Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences and Botany itself.

As you said you won't be starting your Graduation until next year, I would suggest you to wait atleast until the final year of B.Sc to find out your options. Because new streams come up very often and by the time you are ready to pursue your Masters this information might be outdated as new streams and new courses would have come by then.
