What to choose good Nit lower branch or lower Nit good branch?

See choosing a college is dependent on your interest on the subject. So its always better to choose a subject which you want to learn about rather than thinking about the good status of the college. But as your question, I would say if you are getting core branches in Good NIT's then you can go for it, but branches such as Production Engineering, Instrumentation etc this kind of courses are better not to go for in Good NIT's for such cases getting a good course in a lower NIT is better. The reason behind this is because if you go for Average NIT will good branch the package you can expect will be more than that of such courses in Good NIT's so this can be a useful strategy for you.

See , actually it depends on what you exactly wants. If you want a good placement any how then you should go for a good nit. But if you want a good branch then you should take it. I always prefer to choose the subject first. Because if you don't have the interest on your subject you can't able to complete your degree and further jobs. But if you have a passionate study then you , yourself make your own ways to make your career. So think first and choose the subjects , don't take part on the rat race.
