What to do if my parents don't have their birth certificates for Tamil Nadu medical counseling and I didn't learn in Tamil Nadu for 7 years?

To be eligible for state quotas seats you should have the domicile certificate of yhat state .

For Tamil Nadu the eligibility criteria for obtaining a domicile are -

1) The applicant’s parents/guardian should be a        permanent resident living more than 6 years in     Tamil Nadu.

2) W omen whose native is not Tamil Nadu, but are   married to men who are a permanent resident in   Tamil Nadu.

If your parents/guardians  have sufficient proof fulfilling the first requirement as mentioned above then congrats! You can get the domicile .

If not then there is ni legal way of getting the domicile and you need to applying for counselling for AIQ seats.
