The opening rank is 6448 and the closing rank is 11700 in IIT kharagpur
The general category cutoff for IIT roorkee is 7270

Cuttoff for btech are different for all the iits decided by colleges you can check it on the college site or you can search it on career 360 site , go in the site and search for IIT cuttoff for 2019 you will get to know about it.
The admission in IITs for B. Arch course is based on JEE Advanced Rank and for admission in NITs, SPA, BIT Mesra, SMVDU the admission is based on JEE Main Paper 2 Rank. There is no exact cut offs for admission. Every year the trend changes for admissions in IIT Kharagpur and Roorkee for B. Arch and hence it is not predictable at all.
