You have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be a student of general category.
For general category anything less than around 550 marks will never get you a seat .
So dear with 450 marks you cannot get a seat in Government Medical College.

i am OBC category belongs tamilnadu ie iam coming under MBC category, can i get govt collage?
