Dear Saksham,
If you have given all the four attempts of JEE then your best of four will be considered for the counselling part. It will not matter how much marks you have scored in the february attempt or any other attempt, they will find the best score of your performance in exam and among all those four and only the best one will be considered.
And the rank you got on the best one will be taken for the counselling purpose, so you need to find that in which attempt you have scored highest and got the best rank.
