According to the past records, there are iota of chances to get CSE even till the last round. I would advise you to not to withdraw your seat in between the counselling process. Last year institute organized a spot round after completing all the rounds of counselling. And this really helped a lot of people. You might get CCE branch (if it is your 2nd priority) in the first round itself. Just follow all the instructions and in no way, withdraw your seat, However CCE is also a good branch, being oldest in the college, it also has a good scope further and has all the core programming subjects of CSE.
Generally, around 200 waiting list in the first round is likely to be cleared. So you can get an idea but don't rely on this data.
