Obviously,IIT's are the largest and the best tech-institutes of the country and hence obtaining any degree from them now or in a span of few years will create multiple job opportunities for you.
What matters it how into you are to your subject.If you work hard and persevere in an environment which is only available in the IIT's,you will surely come off with flying colours.
