Hey Rejina !
In case the seats reserved for PH Category of students remain vacant, then they are transferred to the seats through which normal candidates can participate in the further rounds.
Rejected PH candidates can't apply for the vacant PH Seats though, if their luck favours, they might get seat by contesting in the normal ones.
