If the situation you mentioned happens, First if all the registration fees for neet counselling would be gone as you were allotted a college. The admission fees for the college would not be refunded and even the hostel fees,although hostel fees depend upon college policy. You would get probably some money returned in tuition fee of the college but that won't be more than 20%.
