According to the NTA top 224000 candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the JEE Main 2019 Rank for the JEE Advanced. The number of candidates to be shortlisted is not excat and may vary. JEE Main 2019 rank is expected to be announced by April 30 2019.
So to get a rank of 224000, the candidate needs to get percentile somewhere between 78 to 83.
