what would be my rank at 97.1 percentile in Jee Main Paper 2 ? The B.Arch one !!??

To be honest it is very hard to predict the exact rank, as it depends on various factors and the cutoff changes every year. It varies on the number of seats available, number of students appeared for in the session and also how tough the paper was.
To give you a rough idea and assuming you are from the general category your rank should be around 3608 to 5000. This is not a official value and your rank may change depending on various factors
