As far as your marks is concerned let me tell you that 20.25 marks is very low to take a seat in the government college instead you should try for some other lower cut off colleges and you should also keep any other private college as a backup.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
