Whats the difference in taking addmission through counseling in rounds and Spot counseling ......any less or more fees between these two

No definitely not there is no difference of fee between the way of getting admission. When a candidate clears an exam at first he get admission through normal round but as soon as counselling progress even after many normal round when sit left then institute or University conduct spot round.
