Dear Harshitha, there are 180 Multiple Choice Questions asked in NEET in offline mode. Biology has 90 Questions and Chemistry and Biology sections have 46 questions each. Every correct answer gives you 4 marks and every wrong answer takes away 1 mark in the form of Negative Marking.
