According to the given information in official website of ESIC it has filed an appeal against the said Order of Single bench before the Division Bench of Hon’ble High Court of Madras. Meanwhile, Office of DGHS, GoI, who are conducting the counseling for MBBS/BDS admissions, has decided to withhold the result of the Wards of IP of ESIC till further/final directions from the Division Bench of Hon’ble HC of Madras.
