Hello
Admission to B.Tech courses in IITs is based on JEE Advance exam.
To be eligible for JEE Advance, a student must clear JEE Main which is conducted twice in the month of February and April every year.
This year due to current COVID pandemic, the 12th board exams, as well as the JEE Main examination is postponed, new dates are not announced as of now.
So, once the situation is under control and the lockdown is lifted, these exams will be conducted. And then only the counselling will begin.
So, this year the admission process to IITs is likely to be delayed till August.
