When I'm studying in bihar as lower category of University (LMNU) final year and no any work experience..so can I eligible for cat and get a chance to best college except cat too.

You can apply CAT exam so only you should follow eligibility criteria otherwise no need to panic about lower college or anything just follow eligibility criteria. I mean percentage of mark in your past academics
