Dear Aravind, CAT 2019 will be held tentatively in the 4th week of November in 2 sessions. The application forms will be available from the 2nd week of August tentatively. The results will be announced by the 2nd week of January, 2020. The official notification will be released by July 2019. Until the official notification is released, we might nit know the last date for paying the applucation fees. Please keep an eye on their official website at:www.iimcat.ac.in
