When is it notified for online application forCAT?

The official notofication of CAT is generally realesed by IIMs in first week of august depicitng the date of examination which is last week of november or first week of december.

After the notification is out it takes around one to two days for the portal to open up for registration. Post that you can fill up the form.

CAT exam notification comes months in advance of the actual date of exam. This year the notifiction was released on 8th August 2018. Every year the notification comes out around the same time in the first week. It is generally released on 1st sunday of August. Post this a nearly 2 month window is given for students to register and the exam happens in the last week of november.

You will start getting notifications regarding download of admit card now. Whereas the window has been closed for filling online application form. If you have missed then you can apply for various others exams too. As various colleges conduct their own exams.

If your aim is only august institute like IIMs then you can apply next year in the month of August itself. For this you need to maintain touch with Career360 we will keep you updating.

Cat 18 notifications were long out by August itself. And the exam will be held in November as always.

The same goes for the year 2019. They follow the same pattern throughout the years.

Talking About CAT18 for MBA 2019-21 :

Exam conducted on 25Nov and Notification was out by Aug and Students are waiting for Admit cards as of now.

About CAT19 for MBA 2020-22 :

Notification will be out in next yer August and Exam in lst week of November. Notification can be checked by visiting official website and published in newspapers.

Usually the notification for the online application for CAT in the month of August in leading newspapers. It would be good if you could visit the website to know the same.

CAT application was live from August 2018, and If you still didn't fill for then You can not now, because Registration for CAT is already closed on 26th September.

If You have filled the form then You will be able to download admit card from 24 Oct onwards. The exam is scheduled for November 25.
