when shoud i start preparation for pg entrance exams ? My some friends are planning it from 3rd year but i am confused

You can start as per your requirement...
If you feel you would require less time you can start preparing from 3rd year.. but the best time is start preparing from 2 year.

You didn't mention PG course & university for which you wish to take the admission but you can start your preparation after completing your Graduation. If you share the information accordingly I can help you with the procedure.
