When start e-learning course in spl.education for MR child ?

It would be better if you could share which particular course you are asking for but as per my knowledge in India special schools offer offline education only to MR kids.

I wanna join nits and IITs for mca. What about their cutoff and is percentage of B. SC. matter in final admission list through nimcet mam.
