When the colleges of upsee send call letters to the eligible students??

I don't think you are very clear about the counselling pocess. For getting a call letter, you first need to attend the counselling of UPSEE 2019 which will start in the end of June. There will be three rounds and you will have to choose from the given colleges and branch and arrange them as per your choice and priority. In the counselling process, if you get a seat you will have the choice to lock the college you get or move to another round. If you get the college of your choice, lock it. If not, you can proceed for the other round and again arrange colleges. You need to freeze the seat by the end of third round to get a college and then attend the physical counselling by going there.
