The official date for the beginning of the registration for the exam AIIMS-PG November session began on 31st August 2018 and the last date for the same was on 20th September 2018.
All the required form fillup as well as the notices and circulars were uploaded on the official website of AIIMS conducting the exam being :

Hello Arul!
AIIMS PG july 2019 exam was held in may 5, 2019.
And the result was announced on May 13,2019.
Registration was started an year ago on October 18,2018.
