Hi Meghna as mentioned in your question that you want to know Go Whether it is possible to get the cutoff reduced or not then I would like to answer you that cutoff aa are said by the concerned authorities and once they are set they are not reduced and all the rankings and merit list are made on the basis of those Cutoffs only.
