When we see the previous year cutoff trends in neet for Government colleges, do they include the admission through spot & mop-up rounds OR just the first 2 rounds only?

It depends on the State on question. The seats in GMCs are usually filled up by Round 2. Very few seats are left for Mop up Round. If you look at Karnataka for example, the seats are filled in the first 2 rounds. In All India Counselling, the unfilled, vacant Government Medical College seats are transferred to the respective States and the Mop Up or Stray Vacancy rounds are for the Management Quota seats of Deemed Universities.
