Hello Vamsi,
There has been no official release of notification regarding implementation of EWS reservation(10%) in Andhra Pradesh whatsoever. So there are less chances of EWS being implemented for the session 2019-20. The chances are very less as the officials concerned didnt receive any orders from the State government, which is yet to frame guidelines for its implementation.
You can be touch in latest news regarding this matter as there is no fixed guideline for application of this reservation in NEET.
