The counselling for 15% All India quota seats will begin on 13th June and will be up to 5 pm of 18th June. You are supposed to register online first by filling the form. Visit the official site https://mcc.nic.in/ Click on UG Counselling. You'll get the complete schedule.
State counselling schedule will be on your state's medical counselling website. It is quite similar to the All India counselling.
