when will colleges reopen in Bangalore offline classes???

Hello student,
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, the government is not taking any risk to open schools/colleges. If the situation gets better and the corona cases come down then they can start offline classes by October. Though, Third wave is already expected to come during August, so it might be possible to start offline classes anytime soon.
