When will i get ews option in neet ug 2019 councelling form? How would i get its benefit?

If you have already applied under EWS category for the registration form to appear for NEET ug examination, then the rank list would have been according to the category and thus you don't have to apply for it again. So, you will get the possible college based on your rank.

Coming to the other part of the question, it is sure that you will be benefitted by this reservation. EWS( economically weaker section) is now a separate category and from now onwards considered different from the pre existing general category. There is a reservation of 10% of the government seats for this category. So, besides the general seat pool, you will get a seat through EWS seat pool which will be better than what you would have got at the same rank under general category.
