Hello Aspirant !!
B-category seats are referred to the seats which candidates get through the Management Quota.
The seats which will be left unfilled even after the two rounds of state counselling will fall under the mop up round in which using Management quota the vacancy will be filled .
In Karnataka ,it will start around the first week of August after the 2nd round of counselling.
