The application form for NEET UG 2018 will be released in january 2018. The exam date will be between 1st and 7th may 2018. You can apply for the exam onn the official website which is : cbseneet.nic.in

Hello Nadan, As per your query about the NEET FORM, its not officially declared yet,,,, most probably it will be out around 15 January and continue upto last week of Feb or early March... Exam will be around 10 May or sunday of first week i.e. 6th May
