so nice of you....i had done my 10th and 12th from delhi but live in ghsziabad (U.P)..and hold domicile of U.P so am i eligible for up state quota seat...
yes you are eligible... but you have to show 'mul nivas certificate' instead of 'samany nivas' certificate.
