When will the UGC NET Application Form be available?

June and December month is exam time for NTA-UGC NET. Application will be available before 2 months of commencement on exam.

National Testing Agency has released the application form of UGC NET 2019 on March 1, 2019 for the June session exam. You can fill the application form till March 30, 2019. Any correction or modification in the application form can be done by the candidates from April 7 to 14, 2019. Along with filling the application form, you must also pay a prescribed application fee of Rs 800 (General), Rs 400 (OBC) and Rs 200 (SC/ST/PWD) in online mode till April 1, 2019. After filling the application form, general candidates have to pay application fee of Rs. 800 while the fee for OBC candidates is Rs. 400. According to the latest notification by NTA, UGC NET application forms will be available from 1st March-30th March . Only Online applications will be accepted. Application form fee is also reduced. For General category INR 800, OBC INR 400 and SC/ST/Transgender INR 200.

Every year exam was conducted in the month of July but, this year NTA is conducting UGC  NET Exam in the month of June from 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28.

The filling of application form of UGC NET 2018 for December session has started. Candidates can fill the online application form from September 1 to 30, 2018 along with the payment of application fees of Rs. 800 for general, Rs. 400 for OBC and Rs. 200 for SC/ST/PWD/Transgender. The fee can be filled till October 1, 2018 while any modification or correction in the application form can be done online from October 8 to 14, 2018. UGC NET 2018 registrations for the December session will start from September 1. The last date to fill the form is September 30, 2018. The exam is scheduled to be held from December 9 to 23, 2018 (Saturdays and Sundays).

To fill the form, you have to register first, followed by filling of personal & educational information uploading images and payment of fee. The application fee is Rs. 1000 for General category, Rs. 500 for OBC (non-creamy layer) and Rs. 250 for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Transgender candidates.

Make sure you have a valid Email ID, mark sheets, photo ID, scanned copies of passport sized photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) and signature (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) and details for online payment ready before proceeding to fill the form.
