whene my EWS quota Expire?(on ews document date from 11-10-2020)

Did your document bear date- 11/10/2019?

If yes, than it will expire for next fiscal year. It means it will be valid only till 31st march, 2020. You need to get a new one on or after 1st april 2020. It will be needed during counselling or admission anywhere. So, get a new one on 1st April.
