I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar released the Punjab B.Tech round 2 results based on JEE Main scores on October 7.  Candidates were required to report to the allotted institution to confirm the seats till October 11.  Candidates had to register for PTU counselling 2021 depending upon whether they are applying through JEE Main or on the basis of class 12 marks. PDPU B.Tech 2021 counselling had locking of choice of courses and colleges. Seats will be allotted based on choices filled and Punjab B.Tech admission 2021 will be done accordingly. 1. Fee Payment - Candidates need to visit the official website at ptuadmissions.nic.in and click on the link to Punjab B.Tech counselling 2021. They will have to pay the requisite participation fee of Rs 2000 for PTU counselling 2021. The payment can be made in online mode only.

2. Registration - After paying counselling fee, candidates have to register online for the Punjab B.Tech 2021 counselling. Candidates have to enter the required details like JEE Main 2021 roll number, email address, mobile number, rank, name, date of birth, category, etc. and submit.

3. Choice Filling - Candidates have to choose their preferred colleges and courses in which Punjab B.Tech admission is sought. During the choice filling process, candidates are advised to fill the maximum number of choices to enhance chances of being shortlisted. They will also have the option to rearrange or delete their choices.

4. Seat Allotment - The authorities shall allot seats to candidates based on various factors like ranks, choices filled, availability of seats, etc. Candidates will be required to enter their login credentials in the candidate portal to check the status of Punjab B.Tech seat allotment 2021. Such candidates will be issued seat allotment letters.

5. Reporting to Allotted College - Candidates who are allotted a seat during Punjab B.Tech counselling 2021 will have to report at the allotted institute. Verification of documents will be done followed by payment of requisite admission fee by candidates.
