Where do I get admission and in which course because my overall rank is 353776 in neet 2019

I can understand your dilemma .

As your rank is quite high you will not get any course at all india level 15% quota .

In order to get bvhs you need to give a separate exam at state level and only that would decide that which course you can get.

For bams some states conduct a separate exam and many of them consider neet score.Si if they have a separate exam you score will decide addmission process and if they take neet score into consideration then you may not get a seat there .

At last if you are willing you can get admission in private college in courses like bds , bams ,bvhs or bhms .
