Computer Science Engineering is one of the most popular choice among students.There are many ways you can do to pursue cse.As you mention about JEE Score then i assume you are following that way only.
Now, it depends on from which college you want to pursue.You want to pursue it from an iit or you are ok with any B-School.To pursue it from an iit you have to clear JEE Advanced. Generally any rank below 200 in advance is consider safe for getting into iit's.
If you want IIIT or NIT then then your score should lie above 200 more precisely above 220 to get into the good college.

I think you want ask about coaching institute for Jee main preparation . You may prefer Allen career institute, resonance, nucleous , motion institute etc for Jee preparation .
You also can crack Jee by doing self study .
If you score minimum 200 out of 360 in Jee main then you can surely get computer science in good college nit or in IIIT .
