Where to register for neet state counseling...on mcc.nic or any other site... I'm from haryana.

NEET Counselling 2019 will commence from the second week of June 2019 after the result is declared. State level counselling will be organized separately by the respective state authorities. Firstly, candidates have to register for counselling and fill their preferences for admission.
You will have to register on MCC only.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, the state counselling will start shortly after the 15% All India quota counselling has started. Each state will then open its own portal for the students of that domiciliary state to apply in their state for the 85% quota of seats in medical and dental colleges in the state. The official site for Haryana state counselling is - http://dmerharyana.org/
In order to apply for the State Quota Counselling , you need to keep an eye on the the notices which would be uploaded in the Official Website of Health University of Haryana.
Mcc.nic.in won't be functional in order to incorporate candidates via State Quota.
Make sure you are thoroughly updated and notified about the various counselling informations uploaded in te website.
