whether i can study MBBS in abroad.it is better or not???

Studying MBBS from other countries is, in fact, costs less than it is in Indian good private colleges. For MBBS from a good Indian private college will cost you around 60lakh whereas if you do it from Ukraine, China then it will cost anywhere between 20-40lakh. This is the primary reason why students opt for MBBS abroad. For the part, better or not, this depends upon the college and also if you are serious about it or not. If you go abroad and do not study then, of course, it will not be of any benefit. For better college part here is a list:-
