whether I have to Bsc.chemistry or B.E in chemical engineering. In which one I can expect lot of job oppturnities
But this requires better conceptual knowledge in the field.
First of you have to know the difference between 2 things. 1. B.Sc vs B.E. and 2. Chemistry vs Chemical Engineering
1. B.Sc is a degree offered to students undertaking a specialization in any subject with mathematics in which the holder becomes a bachelor of the subject. Here B.sc in chemistry will be a all round study of the subject. Mainly theory based. Any practical including only chemicals.
2. B.E. degree is offered to students pursuing engineering degree in any subject. Here B.E. in chemical engineering is the engineering view of the subject with application in the real world field. No practical base.
Job opportunities of both are average in India but very good in the sense of income.
The field is coming up. You can choose any. But chemical engineering is much flexible compared to chemistry honours.
Best of luck!
