there are certain criterias-
1.Candidates who registered during the1st round of counselling, if were not allotted any college seat, are not required to register again for round two of NEET counselling 2020.
Following candidates are eligible for round two NEET Counselling 2020?

Candidates not been allotted any seat in round one
-
Reserved category candidates, allotted seats in the first round , but admission got cancelled during the document verification process. Such candidates can appear for round two of NEET counselling but under a changed category.
Candidates who joined the college allotted during round-1 of counselling but at the same time opted for college upgradation in the second round of counselling.
Candidates who did not join the college allotted during the first round
Candidates resigned from the college allotted to them during the first round.

You do not have to register again if you have registered once you just need to make the choices again for the colleges in the second round of counselling.
